Welcome to SpendWise, your personal expense and budget manager app designed to help you track your finances and achieve your financial goals. By using our mobile application (“SpendWise” or the “App”), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, installing, and/or using the SpendWise app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including those who access the app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Description of Service

   SpendWise provides tools for managing personal finances, including features such as expense tracking, income management, savings goals, bill reminders, cashflow management, budget planning, personal financial planning, and a milestone system. The app is intended for personal use only.

3. User Responsibilities

   You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share them with third parties. You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

   Currently we do not have any subscription or in app purchase feature. But in future we may plan to provide subscription feature based on premium support.

   All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos contained within the App are the property of SpendWise or its licensors. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App or its content without express permission.

7. Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SpendWise app at our sole discretion if you violate any terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall remain in effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

   The SpendWise app is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by the App. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, including, but not limited to, financial losses, data loss, or any other damages.

9. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
